Her 7th album, 'Three Things' is a hybrid of soulful sounds and synth-based electronica. Created during lockdown, it is an ode to life, joy and resilience. Her edgiest and most hip work to date, 'Three Things' features collaborations with Danish bassist Jasper Hoiby and Canadian guitarist Michael Occhipinti, as well as her trusty OP and MOOG keyboards.

'MONTREAL' is Elizabeth Shepherd's sixth studio album. An innovative multi-media project celebrating her hometown, it is a collection of 11 songs inspired by interviews with strangers that together form an unofficial "people's history" of the city. Groove-driven, soulful, electro-infused jazz, this opus is accompanied by a series of films for each song, as well as an award-winning book. 'MONTREAL' was nominated for a vocal jazz  JUNO award in 2020.

THE SIGNAL (2014)

This fifth studio album from Elizabeth is an adventurous leap into electro-tinged soul jazz. 'The Signal' was nominated fora vocal jazz JUNO award and was long-lsited for the 2015 Polaris Prize. It features Lionel Loueke and Larnell Lewis, and was produced by Elizabeth.

Recorded at the request of JVC, Elizabeth's fourth album, 'Rewind'  is a collection of soulfully reworked covers of beloved songs. Dedicated to her first daughter, 'Rewind' was nominated for the 2013 Vocal Jazz JUNO Award, and was produced by Elizabeth.

heavy falls the night (2010)

Elizabeth's third album, 'Heavy Falls the Night' was the first to be self-produced. It includes the single, "Seven Bucks" (with DJ Mitsu the Beats), which climbed to No. 37 on the "Tokio Hot 100" chart. The album was long listed for the prestigious Polaris Music Prize in 2010, and garnered Elizabeth the Jazz Vocalist of the Year INDIE award.

PARKDALE (2008)

Her second album, Parkdale, deals sympathetically with its Toronto neighbourhood namesake, known for its grit. The album was produced by London-based DJ Nostalgia 77, and was nominated for both the 2009 Vocal Jazz JUNO Award and jazz vocalist of the year at the 2009 National Jazz Awards.

Elizabeth Shepherd's  debut album, 'Start to Move' was voted among the top three jazz albums of 2006 by the listeners of the influential Gilles Peterson Show on BBC Radio 1 International. In 2007, it was nominated for a JUNO Award in the vocal jazz category, and won the INDIE Award for Jazz Album of the year.
